Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery may take a little longer during holidays and busy seasons.
Shipping cost
Free US shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

We currently ship within the United States.
Lost or late orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll help track it down, or send a replacement or refund.
